This website will provide you with information on Cornell and community programs, resources, and policies of particular interest to pregnant and parenting students. Cornell recognizes and supports the unique challenges that students with family responsibilities face in achieving their goals related to higher education.
We hope that you will take the time to explore this website and contact the appropriate departments/agencies for further information. We also recommend that you join the email distribution list for Cornell students with children, called students-with-kids-L@cornell.edu. To join the list, send an email to students-with-kids-L-request@cornell.edu with “JOIN” typed in the message body. Student Child Care Grant Program
The Office of the Provost, the Graduate School and the Graduate and Professional Student Assembly are pleased to announce the availability of child care grants to subsidize childcare expenses for full time Cornell student families which fall within the eligibility guidelines.
The Student Child Care Grant Program will be administered through the College Financial Aid offices and Graduate School and will not be the same as the faculty/staff child care grant in timing, process or amount.
Applications will be due by October 14, 2011 and awards will be made in early December 2011 for the entire academic year.
