Cornell Graduate Housing and Professional Level Housing - 255-9764
Two apartment communities are available to Cornell students: Hasbrouck Apartments (1 and 2 bedroom) and Maplewood Park Apartments (1 bedroom). The Hasbrouck apartment complex is a diverse, multicultural community made up of graduate students, professional students, families, visiting scholars, and post-doctoral fellows. Utilities are included in monthly rent. Maplewood Park is an excellent choice for both single graduate students, and students with a partner or one child. Utilities are also included in monthly rent.

Cornell University Off-Campus Housing Office (OCHO) provides housing assistance, education and referral services to students, staff, faculty and others associated with Cornell, choosing to live off-campus. Ithaca Housing Authority, Section 8 - 273-1244
Section 8 is subsidized by the federal government under a program authorized in Section 8 (o) of the U.S. Housing Act. The Section 8 Tenant Based Assistance (also known as the Housing Choice Voucher Program) is tied to the families so that eligible families are guaranteed federal assistance for any housing unit that meets the general program requirements.
